Entry to the studio is required to be through the gates where the carport is on the Warratah Avenue side of the property.

Follow the path in a south direction along the main residence from the carport to the back building were the concrete ramp is, to the OakWill Holistic Health sign hanging from the porch.

Once at the outdoor please come in.
Their is hand sanitiser next to the inner if you wish to use it.

Government regulations have relaxed, QR check ins & masks are no longer required.

You will see a frosted glass door to your left please enter here, if no one is there immediately to greet you please take a seat and wait, I will not be long.

Most importantly if you feel physically unwell in any way please reschedule your appointment as soon as you can.

There is no fee for cancellation.

ETHICS AND BUSINESS POLICIES

• All are welcome I will hold space with anyone who seeks a session from me.  No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, racial identity, ethnicity, cultural identity, religion, beliefs, physical ability, socioeconomic status, social class, age, etc.
• Your session will be treated with the utmost respect for your confidentiality (see privacy policy).
• I strive for transparency, I am a no nonsense or fluff practitioner.
• Sessions are your time!  You are welcome & encouraged to ask questions within our allotted time. You are also welcome & encouraged to ask for more clarification should something be unclear.
• However, please try not to spend too much time asking questions about my process so that our time is properly focused on you.  I will be honest & upfront with you about my abilities & what I can & cannot sense or intuit for you.  At all times I will endeavour to present myself to you responsibly with integrity.
• I am not a psychic medium. I am a Transcendence Visionary (I tell you what I see & pass on what I am told to, I can't call specific people in for you to converse with).  If you are primarily seeking those services, I can refer you onward to ethical & professional mediums.
• The will likely be advise you on certain courses of action to take, but it is up to you to action these.  I am not going to tell you what to do this isn't my role.  Your decisions are 100% your own  & I do not & will not, impede the free will of others.  This would be the direct opposite of client empowerment, which is a key component of my intention.  I advise, but ultimately your decisions are your own.
• On rare occasions, I may encounter a client with whom things just don’t seem to “click.” Should you be one of those clients, I will do my best to discern that as quickly as possible so as to not waste your time or mine.  I will also refer you on to another trustworthy and ethical practitioner.
• I practice through a bricks & mortar venue in Ballarat & Bacchus Marsh Victoria (The Seahorse Well Being Centre).

• Disrespectful, abusive, threatening & violent behaviour is not tolerated & will result in the instant termination of the session without refund.  Mutual respect, treat me with respect as I will treat you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• I will email you to confirm the placement of your order & with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform me as soon as possible.

SEVERABILITY

• In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law & the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

• The obligations & liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
• These Terms of Service are effective unless & until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
• If in our sole judgment you fail or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice & you will remain liable for all amounts due up to & including the date of termination; &/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify, defend & hold OakWill Holistic Health harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• The failure of OakWill Holistic Health to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• These Terms of Service & any policies or operating rules posted by OakWill Holistic Health on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement  understanding between you & OakWill Holistic Health & govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications & proposals, whether oral or written, between you & OakWill Holsitic Health (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
• Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms of Service & any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria Australia & all states within.

RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES

• If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees & other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

General Terms of Service

 
​          The following general terms of service include provisions for both casual agreements and longer terms contracted agreements.  

Service Provider (SP)

• The Service Provider (SP) is OakWill Holistic Health.
• ​The SP will ensure therapists/practitioners have the appropriate training, qualifications, insurance and experience to work with the client to fulfill the service agreement (SA).
• All therapists/practitioners will hold appropriate current checks, working with children's (WWC) where required & Level 2 first aid certificates where required.

Service Agreement (SA)

• The Service Agreement (SA) is a formal agreement with signed documents between the Client and SP
• SA usually include contracted services for Counselling (minimum number of sessions over a prescribed period of time)
• Contracted SA are subject to review every three (3) months to ensure they are providing the appropriate level of assistance to the client
• Reviews are held with the client, SP and all stakeholders where and when appropriate
• Reviews with stakeholders in attendance will only occur with the written permission of the client
• Alternations require consultation and agreement between the client and SP however can include input from other stakeholders
• The SA can be altered at other times however all alterations must comply with the scope of the SP
• If needed alterations do not meet this scope the SP will provide options to the client by way of referrals to other providers
• All alterations are made in consultation and agreement with the SP and client

Casual Service Agreement (CSA)

• The Casual Service Agreement (CSA) is an assumed agreement between the client and the therapist/practitioner that does not require but can sometimes have a signed document between the client and SP.
• CSA are defined as services provided on a casual basis with a minimum of 1 hour per session that are services commissioned on a casual need by need basis
• CSA can extend over a period of sessions however this is on a casual need by need uncontracted basis

Consultations & Times

• Consultations are provided in at the SP in a face to face environment.
• After hours consultations are available between 7.30pm & 9pm
• Business hours consultations are available between 10.30am & 1.00pm
• Saturdays at Our Seahorse Wellbeing Centre
• Face to face consultations can be arranged by negotiation within 50km of the SP location

Consultation Rates 

• Rates are subject to change at any time without notification
• For current Rate amounts see the footer below
• Rates vary depending on course or workshop or individual consultations contact for more information
• Cancellations can be made at any time however we do appreciate at least 24hrs written notice
• Written notice can be in the form of email, private social media message, text message or written note
• There are NO Cancellation Fees
• It is the responsibility of the client to regularly refer to the SP General Terms of Service website page for changes however every effort will be made to inform clients prior to changes occurring 

Other

• SA & CSA requested to be cancelled in their entirety must be confirmed by the SP if instigated by the client or other stakeholders
• ONLY for SA - A cancellation form will be required to be filled in and signed by the client or relevant stakeholders for the SA to be cancelled in its entirety in the absence of written cancellation requests. 
• This is not necessary for cancellation of scheduled activities that are only subject to the 24 hour written notice requirement.
• At the end of the SA period a new SA can be constructed if the client chooses
• If the SA client doesn't choose to construct a new SA it will be assumed as a CSA for further appointments
• The CSA is valid at the time of commission of SP services and ongoing on a casual need basis
