After purchasing a session send a message & let me know what anything you think I know first.
When you healing is ready I will contact you and let you know how to access it.
During the time you choose to access your healing it is important that you find a quite, comfortable space free from distractions for at least an hour.  You should turn off all devices, sit of lay comfortably & begin by breathing slowly & deeply for an in & out count of 5 (don't hold your breath at any stage keep the flow of air contestant & as slow as you can until you feel completely relaxed then allow your breath to return to normal).
